Slow living & Barefoot luxury

The Slow Living movement encourages you to be more present, to find joy in the small things in everyday life, and to prioritize what's important to you. It's not about doing everything as slowly as possible; it's about doing everything at the right speed and enjoying the experience of doing it. "Living better rather than faster."
And this last sentence was Konstantinos' inspiration for returning to his beloved island of origins, with the intention to share with the world such a beautiful way of living...
This program is ideal for those who want to have an escape from their routine and be inspired by different life perspectives and new healthy habits. Take time to read your favorite book, laugh, play, and meditate in the garden; practice daily yoga and breathing exercises; walk and admire nature; rest; and spend more quality time with yourself.

Nourishment & Conscious consuming

At Anandamaya, nourishment is an essential part of the Slow Living experience. We believe that food is an essential part of well-being. That’s why we offer a full-board, farm-to-table Greek-Mediterranean menu made with organic, locally sourced ingredients, many of which come directly from our garden. Meals are home-cooked, seasonal, and designed to support both wellbeing and enjoyment.

Our menu is vegetarian by default, with vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options available.

Begin your day with herbal tea or coffee and local nuts, followed by a vibrant brunch after morning practice. Enjoy light, fresh lunches and snacks throughout the day, and gather in the evening for a shared dinner featuring nourishing, flavourful dishes made with care.

All meals, snacks, and drinks are included, from fresh salads and seasonal fruits to coffee, tea, and detox juices.

Konstantinos or "Kons" is the heart behind Anandamaya Retreats and your guide throughout your time here. After years of living in the fast- paced city, he returned to his family home by the sea to embrace a simpler, slower way of life.

He now shares that way of living with others, opening his home and his island to create a space where people can feel grounded, cared for, and inspired.

Natali Ghawi Headshot.jpg

Her work takes a holistic approach to well-being, rooted in the connection between mind, body, and spirit, guiding healing and self-discovery. Drawing from mobility, Muay Thai, yoga, and dance, her practices are both empowering and joyful.

She complements this with myofascial massage and energy healing, creating space for emotional release while integrating psychology, nature, and creative expression.

Her passion for human movement and anatomy began with her path into physiotherapy, later evolving into a more holistic approach to the body and mind. Through yoga and continued learning, she has deepened her understanding of integrated healing.

She now develops therapeutic programs for the prevention and treatment of chronic musculoskeletal pain, blending traditional physiotherapy with yoga and mindful movement.

Her approach to yoga is mindful and gentle, inviting a deeper understanding of oneself in the present moment. Inspired by a holistic view of life, she weaves Eastern philosophies with Western knowledge of the body and mind, alongside practices such as herbalism, nutrition, and fasting.

She is a dedicated Qi Gong practitioner, she studies the many aspects of Chinese medicine and often integrates Qi Gong into her teachings.
